Elanco ACE Account Management

With the launch and expansion of two Elanco products, additional resources were needed to provide strategic guidance and overall project management for both in-store and online brand support materials.  

Goal: Act as a remote Elanco ACE marketing team member within the agency, Callahan, and collaborate with both the client and agency to manage assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met. 

Results: Through strong collaboration with both the client and agency, within four months successfully managed creation of six product videos and eleven educational videos, branded e-commerce assets, retailer static & dynamic display ads, retailer merchandising displays and point-of-sale materials and defined the brand’s overall trade show strategy. 


Key Initiatives Included: 

  • Create video assets including product videos, application videos and overall flea education videos 

  • E-commerce asset development for retail partners such as Chewy.com, 1800PetMeds and Amazon

  • Update consumer static & dynamic display ads for use with key retailers 

  • Creation of in-store merchandising and point-of-sale materials 

  • Develop brand’s overall trade show strategy and asset development
