Hill’s Science Diet Packaging Relaunch
In 2015, Hill’s Science Diet redesigned packaging for the entire product portfolio in order to elevate the brand, evoke an emotional connection with the pet owner and simplify product claims.
Goal: Minimize business interruption and packaging write-off by leading a cross functional team for the US packaging relaunch including 200+ dry & wet food product SKUs.
Results: Overall project finished 23% under budget and through clear communication & execution of the national go-to-market strategy, managed a smooth packaging transition at shelf.
Redesigned packaging elevated the brand, evoked an emotional connection with the pet owner and simplified product claims.
