Undergoing a brand refresh, the brand’s marketing team had the opportunity to refresh the brand’s overall packaging look & feel across the portfolio. However with over 80 individual SKUs, the team needed additional marketing support to ensure accurate copy, design and imagery were being pulled onto each pack design.

Goal: Bring to life the brand with updated packaging that creates a consistent look & feel across the portfolio and highlights the key ingredients that make each product unique.

Results:

Managing as a packaging roll-through, the team prioritized SKUs based on sales performance and packaging run-out dates and successfully worked with agency partners to cascade the master packaging design to 80 individual SKUs across 15 different packaging types.

Scope of work included:

Packaging refresh support including:

  • Creation, routing and approval of individual copy sheets

  • Cascading master packaging design to sku level

  • Review, routing and approval of final packaging files
