Brand plans for a natural flea & tick brand included doubling the brand’s portfolio and undergoing a packaging refresh. To accomplish the brand’s big bets, interim brand management support was needed to help manage the project and bring the brand plans to life.


Goal: Establish the brand as a leading natural pet care brand by expanding the brand into new pet care categories including grooming and health & wellness.


Results:

Through strong collaboration with agency and cross-functional team members, within six months successfully launched twelve new products and managed a packaging refresh across the entire portfolio. 

The launch doubled the brand’s product portfolio, secured additional shelf space within their top retailers and gave the portfolio a refreshed look & feel which improved shopper appeal.

Scope of work included:

  • Managing the new product commercialization process

  • Managing new product go-to-market support
